The Trident II was manufactured with two Chulbomeca Gavizo turbojet engines, and one two-chamber SEPR 631 rocket engine. The Trident II recorded a top speed of 2,092km\/h (Mach 1.92) in 1956, and a world altitude record of 24,300m in 1958.
