Due to the delayed delivery of a Boeing 767, the airline was forced to sign an agreement with CSA for the use of its OK-JBJ-registered Ilyushin for 200 flight hours – a total of ten flights between Budapest and Tokyo – including flight and ground crew, in order to be able to honor contracts already negotiated with Japanese tour operators. In the end, only a mere three flights to Japan were operated.
